Changing or canceling your order: If you wish to change or cancel your order, you can contact our customer service by email at (contact@sneakrive.com). However, please note that if your order is a 48H EXPRESS order, it is likely already on its way and we will not be able to modify it. If your order is not a 48H EXPRESS order, please have your order number ready and contact us by email. Our team promises to respond within 24 business hours.
You can exchange a product within 14 days of receiving your package. To do so, please email us at the following address: contact@sneakrive.com. Before returning your product, please ensure that it has never been worn and that it is accompanied by the original box, accessories, and the attached seal. To be accepted for an exchange, your package must be protected by double packaging and the return slip must be included inside. Please note that socks and cleaning kits cannot be exchanged. Once we have received your return and validated the condition of the product, we will send you a credit note equal to the original order amount (less shipping and return fees). This credit note will be valid for 12 months from the date of receipt. Return shipping costs are your responsibility and vary depending on the destination of your order: – €3.90 for orders shipped to mainland France – €9.90 for orders shipped to Corsica – €6.90 for orders shipped to Belgium or Luxembourg. Please note that returns of orders shipped to Switzerland must be sent by your own means due to customs issues.
If you have received a defective product or one that is different from the one you ordered, and provide supporting documentation, please contact us directly by email at contact@sneakrive.com. Our team will explain the procedure to follow to return the product you received. We will cover the return shipping costs and ensure that you receive the product you ordered as quickly as possible.
Seals are labels we affix to the products we receive from our partner retailers. Each product is carefully inspected by our team before shipping, and if it meets our quality criteria, we add a SneakRive seal. If the product is a pair of shoes, we add a seal on one foot only.
The seal guarantees that the product has been inspected and shipped by our team, and to ensure that you receive a product that meets your expectations. If you need to return a product, you should not remove the seal until you have verified that you do not wish to keep it. If you remove the seal before you are sure you want to keep the product, your return request will be rejected.
