Shipping And Delivery Terms

Payment: Secure payment is processed on our website and can be made by credit card, PayPal, or any other available payment option. You will be issued an invoice upon purchase.

Delivery Times: We aim to process and ship all orders within 2-3 business days of receiving your order. Delivery times will generally be 3 to 10 business days, depending on your location and the carrier used. If you have selected the 48-hour delivery option, some in-stock models, already authenticated and ready to ship, will be shipped to you.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order online.

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, you can contact our customer service team by email at (contact@sneakrive.com). However, please note that if your order is an EXPRESS 48H order, it is likely that it is already on its way and we will not be able to modify it. If your order is not an EXPRESS 48H order, please have your order number ready and contact us by email. Our team is committed to responding to you within 24 business hours.
